Stage by stage together
During your internship, you will get to know the internship contents in multiple companies, at different internship stations and at different locations within the group. The vocational training school adds theoretical teaching content.

During this practical apprenticeship, you can expect demanding tasks and diverse challenges. You will be able to directly apply and expand on the knowledge you have acquired in the apprenticeship.
Letting
You decide which marketing activities are needed to let a property. You’ll order any repairs and refurbishment that are required. From initial contact and viewings to contracts and handover, you’ll act as a point of contact for our customers.
Technical accommodation service
You are the key point of contact for all our customers’ queries. When defects are reported, you are responsible for planning how to deal with them. In doing so, you are responsible not only for handling the tendering process and invitations, but also for awarding contracts to external providers. You also get an insight into exciting projects such as the last section of plumbing and wiring or lift modernization.
Commercial accommodation service
You’re up close to the property – holding viewings and taking charge of quality assurance in residential complexes. On the whole, you have frequent customer contact, for instance, in tenant consultation hours or correspondence with our clients and partners.
Rent management (including receivables management)
All things rent-related: discover how utility bills and rent rises are drawn up. In receivables management, you’ll find out all there is to know about payment reminders and overdue notices, helping you explain payment due dates to customers.
Condominium ownership management
Here, the focus is on supporting owners and communicating with service providers. In condominium ownership management, you get an introduction to preparing, holding and evaluating owner meetings. You’ll learn all there is to know about managing co-ownership, awarding and billing repair and maintenance orders, invoicing the condominium and much more.
Sales
The figures count: in sales, you’ll learn all there is to know about the buying and selling process, all the way through to notarization. Discover and develop your flair for figures by helping with property analyses and valuations and learning how to assess investment decisions. As well as working in the office, you’ll also visit plenty of properties.
Accounting
All data on business activity is recorded here and is used as a basis for future decision-making. You will prepare document postings and execute postings yourself. Creating monthly, quarterly and annual statements will also be part of your remit.
