During your apprenticeship, you will get to know the apprenticeship contents in multiple companies, at different apprenticeship stations and at different locations within the group. The vocational training school adds theoretical teaching content.
Theory and practice
During this practical apprenticeship, you can expect demanding tasks and diverse challenges. You will be able to directly apply and expand on the knowledge you have acquired in the apprenticeship.
In the back office, you’ll provide administrative support for the company’s core business: you’ll draw up rental contracts and terminations and will also be responsible for preparing tenant files. As well as working at reception, where your duties will include key handover, you’ll also carry out tasks such as reviewing prospective tenants’ application documents. You will be on hand at all times to answer customers’ application queries.
This is where most of our customer queries are received and handled. You are responsible for receiving incoming calls and all associated duties. Handling internal and external written correspondence is also part of your remit. You will issue permits for things like installations and pets using standard letters.
In administration, you’ll handle all matters involving employees’ workplaces. This covers almost everything from equipment to internal health and safety. You’ll become familiar with the following areas: fleet, removals and building management. You’ll also get an insight into controlling, telephone services and access control.
All data on business activity is recorded here and is used as a basis for future decision-making. You will prepare document postings and execute postings yourself. Creating monthly, quarterly and annual statements will also be part of your remit.
Do you enjoy talking on the phone, always plan ahead and take an organized approach to tasks? As an assistant, you’ll combine all these activities with general secretarial and organizational duties. Your responsibilities will involve working closely with your line manager to book their travel and make other arrangements. Invoicing and managing incoming post are also part of your day-to-day.
