You want to study but still be close to the action? Here, you’ll find a course of study that suits your needs and strengths. The choice of dual-studies courses available is as wide as the range of roles available to you after your studies. We currently offer the following bachelor degree programmes: Business Administration/Property Management (BA), Business Administration/Taxation and Auditing (BA), and Technical Facility Management (BEng). What you need to know about your apprenticeship
Working hours | Regular working hours amount to 39.5 hours per week. A theory day at the HWR currently counts as a full working day with 7.9 hours. |
Training plan | At the beginning of your dual study course, you will receive a personal training plan, which can also be accessed online at any time. |
Study exchange | During the first year of their studies, our dual-studies students have the opportunity to spend a week visiting and working at another Deutsche Wohnen location within Germany. This exchange gives you the opportunity to get to know other holdings, colleagues and workflows within the company. We also offer external internships as part of a cooperation with other property companies. |
Flexitime compensation | Flexitime days or hours can be used to reduce overtime. |
Holiday allowance | Each dual-studies student is entitled to 30 days of holiday per year. Holidays can be taken throughout the year, but not during term time. |

As a general rule, it is possible to work as a working student in all areas of our company – and if it suits, you may continue after studying.

For university graduates, we offer attractive opportunities – gaining an eye for the big picture, dipping into the right operational, personal and professional development, extensive support and helpful feedback. Over the course of a 12- to 18-month programme, you will be extensively trained in your department and gain insights into many other areas of the company through internships. This means you will get to know all interfaces and can build up a sustainable network.
