Training programme

We don’t take an across-the-board approach when it comes to distributing training courses. We jointly determine the needs of each individual person – from specific specialist knowledge to individual coaching programmes. For us, it is important that you immediately see the benefits in your day-to-day work. We constantly evaluate our training programme. Our employees rated more than 88% of the development measures in 2019 as good or very good.
