An excellent home for apprentices Deutsche Wohnen is one of Germany's top companies for apprenticeships in 2021
Deutsche Wohnen has been synonymous with high-quality apprenticeship training for new talent for many years now. The pandemic has posed new challenges, requiring a rethink and a shift towards new digital approaches to learning. This has allowed our apprenticeship programme to continue at the same high standard. Our exciting high-quality apprenticeship opportunities have now been acclaimed once again.
The study on “Germany's best companies for apprenticeships” was conducted by business magazine Capital in partnership with the talent platform Ausbildung.de for the fifth time running. Deutsche Wohnen took part in spring, and the results are in: we are one of the top German companies for apprenticeships in 2021,
securing two top scores. Scoring full marks – with five stars out of five in both the Apprenticeship and Dual Studies categories – Deutsche Wohnen stands out from other organisations taking part. “We’re really proud of this honour and we’re delighted with the positive appraisal of our work,” says Training Manager Katrin Birnbaum. The study examined five subject areas: apprentice supervision and instruction; in-company learning; apprentice prospects; innovative methods and technical skills, and apprenticeship marketing budgets and strategies. A total of 652 organisations took part in the study – including DAX companies, public authorities, medium-size enterprises and trades.
