Following the registration of the implementation of the capital increase with the commercial register, which is expected to take place on 5 June 2015, the company’s registered share capital will be increased from EUR 294,259,979 by EUR 42,166,532 to EUR 336,426,511 through the issue of 42,166,532 new no par value bearer shares, each with a notional value of the company’s share capital of EUR 1.00. The new shares will carry full dividend rights from the fiscal year beginning 1 January 2015. Trading in the new shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange is expected to commence of 8 June 2015. The new shares are expected to be included in the existing quotation of the company’s bearer shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on 15 June 2015.
