In the event of a possible deferral, the obligation to pay remains. It is simply postponed. We therefore recommend that you pay now what is currently possible for you.

In addition to the emergency support measures introduced by the German federal and state governments, we have set up our own support fund worth EUR 30 million. These funds are intended to support commercial and residential tenants who are having difficulty paying rent and small businesses, contractors, social organisations and projects we have worked with as partners for many years. With this fund, we want to help prevent financial problems turning into social hardship.

Tenants who are having difficulty paying rent can contact our customer service at any time. The federal government’s rent moratorium currently offers you protection if you have fallen into payment difficulties as a result of the coronavirus crisis.

Please adhere to social distancing and protect your employees with face masks and PPE where necessary.
