Try to deal with areas of conflict as soon as they arise by speaking to your neighbours in person. If the outcome is unsatisfactory, you can contact us in writing. Please give the name of the tenant you wish to complain about and the reason for your complaint. You can download and use the noise complaint report here as a template. We will then get in touch with your neighbour.

Cleaning not to your satisfaction? Or would you like to let us know a specific area requires a special one-off clean? Contact us with your inquiry and ideally with the scheduled cleaning day.

Groundskeeping not to your satisfaction? Or would you like to let us know a specific area requires another look/extra maintenance? Please do not hesitate to contact us via the usual channels. We will then get in touch with the relevant groundskeeping service immediately.

Snow not being cleared or paths not being gritted? Please do not hesitate to contact us via the usual channels. We will get in touch with the winter service immediately. Please be extra careful until the winter service arrives.

People and their well-being are at the heart of what we do. We take an empathetic and service-focused approach to our customers’ concerns. Speaking in person is very important to us. As a matter of course, all employees of Deutsche Wohnen and our contracted service providers are obliged to treat our building residents with courtesy at all times. However, if you would like to submit a complaint, please contact us. We will of course deal with your complaint immediately.

We make every effort to keep our residential properties as clean as possible. However, you may stumble upon some mess from time to time. There are various reasons this may happen, such as wastebins not being emptied or illegal flytipping of bulky household waste. In that event, please contact us via the usual channels.

If you find a defect, please contact the relevant technical service provider. They will receive notification of the damage and commission the repairs. You can find contact details in the customer portal, for instance, under “My defect reports”. Just click the link and log in.
