There’s no summer without barbecues. Unfortunately, there’s no barbecues without smoke either. Your neighbours should be protected from this as much as possible. Accordingly, please use an electric barbecue instead of a gas or charcoal grill.
Furthermore: on green spaces, barbecues are only permitted on areas designed especially for this purpose. Please note that the sound level should not be excessive, particularly from 10 p.m. onwards.
Our house rules keep residents informed of the key rules for living together in harmony. This is so important to us that the house rules are even part of the rental contract.
Mutual respect and consideration is the key to living together. This applies in particular to the quiet hours between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. and 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. There is particular protection on Sundays and public holidays. Noise should be avoided throughout those days. That includes loud music, works in your home (e.g. hammering or drilling) and leisure activities such as tap-dancing. Instead, put your feet up and enjoy your well-earned day off.
