Modernisation is not an aim in itself – it is a way of helping people live comfortably and well. That’s why we don’t do cookie-cutter modernisation. Wherever possible, we consider individual preferences, such as for the colour of the tiles in the bathroom, the type of parquet flooring or the colour of the kitchen worktop. And we are implementing new trends in living. These include more green space, more bike parking and also ‘smart home’ features.
