In our service offices, we have about 400 staff at your service – whether you’re interested in a property or are already a tenant. We are continually expanding our services and use our own subsidiary for facility management, ensuring safety and cleanliness at our properties. And we are available to you around the clock via our customer portal. Here, you can ask questions, report disruptions and download forms.

Second: good locations and lots of building culture
What makes a beautiful home? The location? The right layout? Or is it the living environment? We think all these factors play their part. With our vast portfolio of apartments, we’ve got the right home for everyone. Our properties are exclusively within the metropolitan regions of Germany. They offer the urban living that most people yearn for today. But this doesn’t always rule out a leafy setting. This is the case for our Unesco World Heritage estates, for instance.
And this isn’t the only place you’ll find generous green spaces and even individual gardens. In addition to attractive old buildings which are modernised and maintained on an ongoing basis, we also offer properties in new developments boasting outstanding quality in terms of architecture and materials.
Third: an apartment is more than just a place with four walls
Our surroundings play a key part in how comfortable we feel at home. That’s why we prioritise vibrant developments and lively neighbourhoods. These include good infrastructure with meeting places and green spaces as well as local amenities such as medical practices and nurseries.
We see neighbourhood development as a process of constant progress, in conversation with the people who live in our properties and engage in their neighbourhood. In brief, we want to create forward-looking, liveable residential and neighbourhood concepts for people in metropolitan regions.
