Renting a residential unit

  • Copy of personal ID or copy of your valid passport or copy of your current registration certificate with the following details
    • First and Last Name
    • address
    • date and place of birth
    • nationality
    • validity of the document
    • ID card/passport number
    • signature
    Please black out all other information for data protection purposes.
  • Copy of proof of income for the last three months or your current pension statement or notice of approval from the Job Centre, if applicable certificates of BAföG, child support, alimony or other allowances.
  • Confirmation from your current landlord that no rent is owed or suitable evidence of your regular rent payment.
  • Optional: valid certificate of entitlement to public housing (WBS).

Please note that we need the documents of all prospective tenants.

Renting a commercial space

  • Proof of income – such as the business assessment, balance sheet, net income accounts or other proof of liquidity
  • ID or a copy of ID belonging to the owners/managing directors (for all natural persons) with the following information: name, current registered address, date and place of birth and validity of the document. Please black out all other information for data protection purposes.
  • Confirmation from previous landlord that no rent is owed (certificate of no rent owed) or other suitable evidence of your regular rent payments (optional)
  • Copy of business registration and tax number (tax number optional)
  • Business concept for the planned business
  • Extract from the Commercial Register

Renting a parking space/garage

  • Copy of personal ID or copy of your valid passport with the following details
    • First and Last Name
    • address
    • date and place of birth
    • validity of the document
    • signature
